Mayfield Manufacturing is a family run building company. Established in 1985 by Malcolm Hickson, and joined by son, James, they have always strived to deliver quality and provide solutions to problems within the building industry.

Faced with the problem of not being able to find a suitable product to comply with the Water Bye Laws in the1990’s, Malcolm designed and Patented ALUDUCT – which allows pipework to be easily accessible within concrete and floating floors.

And just a few years later Malcolm came up with ALUDRAIN the perfect solution to the requirement for low-level threshold access and drainage.

Both Aludrain and Aluduct have been specified by architects, developers and recommended by many Councils and local Water Authorities ever since.
